LN was just giving me trouble because he is short and squat and I am tall and slender and he had to sit behind me last night. I AM an old man already who is all for free speech and the freedom to change my seating location. :thumb:

Thanks for the unsolicited advise. However, I also took it tongue in cheek and knew 72 was kidding, hence the smiley after the comment. There is a group of Highlands fans that have been having a fun running debate as to whether Highlands passes the ball enough. Most former running backs and linemen like the way the O is being called. Most former qbs and receivers want us to pass more. 72 was just having some fun and I knew it.

 

And when I become an old man (I'm actually not too far away), I hope I exercise more class and decorum than to constantly complain about calls and yell at the coaches and refs (as if the old fellow actually thought the coaches and refs could hear him anyway). And even if I was going to complain about refs calls, I'd at least know the rules before I criticized the refs.

Wow what a 1st half. 14-0 and 1 to go. Little bittersweet though. Last home game for an amazing senior class. Go get em guys!

It seemed that they very seldom even had a third down play in the first half. Dominant.

Clay Cecils 90+ yd run was an absolute thing of beauty. I agree with others about Clay not being reconized by the All Star teams. What a Stud. He will definately go down as best ever running QB of all time. Period.

Again, very workmanlike. Take care of business, leave no doubt and move on to the next game. Can't wait for next week. Finish strong boys...

Why doesn't someone tell him to shut up! If its the same one as last year at the freshmen games he is very annoying. I guess thats why I don't sit in the stands anymore.

 

One parent did turn around and tell them (there were two of them last night) She had heard enough, after hearing them complaining about the reserves on defense etc...It didn't work though. They kept crabbing.
