Bell Co. 28

Lex Cath 14

Sorry I did not mean to quote you on this post, but I have a news flash!

The game is a Lex Cath sports fans. Check today's Hereld Leader.

I'll still take Bell.

If LexCath takes the same defensive approach as when they played Pikeville (another run oriented team who use the belly series) then either Bell County will either be completely shut down on the ground, or they will run for gains over 20 yards time after time.

In that game "Selling-Out" on the run doesn't begin to describe the LC strategy. I think I even saw the LexCath coaches running off the field to try to get in the backfield HAHA

Bell Co looks too strong this year.

Bell Co - 35

LexCth - 21

Bell's played 2 teams with a winning record...Not including the TN team...

Shirley that can't get you playoff ready. Any Bell fans worried about that?

Bell has 6 seniors.

The game is at Bell, A Dragon.

Who's Shirley?

How many Seniors does Catholic have? Also how many games have they played on grass?

Ohhhh No. Not the grass issue again. Should've asked, "How many games played on wet grass with a little mud for the recipe of sloppy track?"

Just kidding...

Bell's weak schedule has been because of events beyond their control. Corbin dropped us from their schedule as did Middlesboro 2 years ago. Both teams always have a winning record. Then Rock is usually an oustanding football team, was down this year. Still, playing teams like Lincoln Co, and even Tates Creek, because of their great running back does help things out.

Weak schedule or not Bell will be ready to play Friday night.

Not really!

Lex-Cath has 34 seniors and is the biggest they have ever been up front.

I think Bell is in for a surprise this week. LC is one tough team. I was there for the Highlands game earlier this season and the score was not indicative of the game. LC has a smothering defense and a huge O line! If their coach has whipped them into shape to play 4 quarters of football, it could be a long night for Bell County.

Not according to today's Herald Leader, must be their (& my mistake)

I checked KSHAA and it says at Bell so I'll go with that. Sorry for the confusion. Bell suits me fine, I'll be there!

Bell County in a close one.

I think this game will come down to the kicking game, Bell's is a little better and playing ay home, Bell by a TD.

Thank you for your apology!!! I am not upset that we lost Rock has been a struggling team this year and still in some of our learning phase for being so young. I probably would have never posted that but it highly upsets me when you go in the bathroom on Bells side and you hear Bell fans bad mouth your team I take it personal I am a BIG SUPPORTER of the ROCK and I am proud of our boy's no matter how well they play. And the only reason why I was on BELL's side was to get a loaded baked tater they don't serve them on the visitor side. Enough of that may the best team win. Good luck to both teams.

Thanks, Doodle. I, too am sorry that it happened....BUT wasn't that "tater" worth it? LOL!! QB's Mom usually behind the "tater factory." My only regret is that it was too long a line and too cold....I didn't get mine this game! The Rockcastle-Bell rivalry is sweet. We don't want anything to tarnish it. Next year's battles should be extreme with both young teams returning just about everyone! I hope the boys can take care of business Friday night and head on the two week journey North to bring home a state title to D-7!

anybody got any info on LC D-Line

Their bench, squat, 40 time
