On the topic of this thread, sorry for interupting the party, but just what does Louis. Cent. bring in the game. I hear they are fast. So are they mostly a running team or do they have a passing game going? Strengths and weaknesses would be nice to know also.

I am with Henry, lets get on the topic. I appreciate all of you other birds discussing your social events, museum visits, cell phone number exchanges, etc. but does anyone feel like talking about the game? I am just as guilty and everyone else of the "pre-gaming" the last two weeks, but really. I just wonder if everyone has adopted this same blazee attitude? I hope that Dale and the Boys are taking a more serious approach. Big Tom didn't change the varsity's practice time for frosh when I was there either. Just hope they are really prepping for this game and not looking at it as a run through. FYI, this just in--Louisville Football teams are good. No matter what division they are in.

Wish I could put some names with these people on here. I am sure that I have seen and talked to and know all of you. Just would make all the inside jokes easier to understand.

So how many seniors does Central have. Are they a veteran team or do they have some new faces!!! I'm sure they have plenty of speed. When they visited Ft Thomas a few years back they had some pretty fast players.

Wow, this is a pretty bold prediction. I will add that HHS has been having some issues "getting in gear" offensively during the first half. Frankly, I would be surprised if the final margin of victory is less than 10, but we'll all soon see!

 

Also, I would be inclined to agree with your prediction if Central hadn't gotten steamrolled badly by Johnson Central a few weeks back... that game really sticks out like a sore thumb in Central's schedule.

I predict a win by three td's. Central does well in the first half but seems to die out int the second half. Best of luck to both teams.

I think it's NOT a blase attitude by the Birds...It's that everyone brings their "A" game against us and tries a new wrinkle or two. Some are more successful than others. The coaches have done an EXCELLENT job making adjustments DURING the games both offensively and defensively.

Highlands will start slow again after the 2 hour bus ride.Two weeks in a row now with a sluggish first half performance. Let's hope they get these travel issues out of the way. Hate to see them get a slow start come the second week of December!!!!! Keep it rolling boys.
