As I recall her licensed was suspended over a driving under the influence. She was then caught once driving with suspended license, signed something saying she knew her license was suspened, then got pulled over again with a suspended license and says she didn't know it was suspended. Off to court and a 45 day sentence. Cut to 23 due to over crowding, now back to 40 days ....

"It's not right!" shouted the weeping Hilton. "Mom!" she called out to her mother in the audience. A witness said Hilton was "physically escorted" out of the courtroom by a female deputy.
