June 8, 200719 yr There was absolutely no reason for her to serve her time in jail. This was not her power being exerted. Jails are overcrowded. This is what they would do to almost anyone in her situation, non violent offender and they need the bed space. Build more jails! As many as is needed. Not having jail space is no excuse, and it's been used as an excuse for years. Build more. And use them. There's too many habitual violaters of the law running around free, or enjoying the comforts of "house arrest". Paris is an habitual violater of the law. She needs to serve her sentence, just like the rest of the citizens of this country. Just because she has money should make her no different from others.

Well if they deported the what 20% of illegal immigrants in jail that would help. Second, what do you define as over crowding? Paris just not liking the 4x4 cell?
