I believe people who display this type of behavior have lost their ability to learn or to reason. The drugs/alcohol have taken over and a short stint in a celebrity rehab center is not going to be sufficient.

They found cocaine on her again. This girl has many more problems than just being a dumb girl.

 

I don't think it's funny at all, and hope she gets some real help, not the posh salon they pose as a rehab joint.
