Top WR's this year in '07

Featured Replies

Adam White at Southwestern will be recognized...:thumb:

Sure I am little partial but most will agree with me that, this kid can flat out play some ball. IMO he has the potential to be one of the best PURE athletes to ever play at SWHS and maybe the County as a whole.

He should be able to put up some big numbers no matter what position he plays next year. I personally am looking for big things out of Adam.

Phillip Dunn - Clay County WR, very good hands, and very athletic. He has the Ability to break a big one every time his hands touch the ball.

Matt Dobbs- Clay County TE, he's a beast. Along with Dunn, he also has great hands. And a nack for making big plays.

Final Stats from John Coles Junior Year:

Games: 14

Receptions: 86

Rec. Yards: 1891

Rec. TD's: 28

YPC (Yards Per Catch): 21.99

Nasty. What kinda height, weight and speed does he possess? I would think those numbers would have to get the attention of college scouts.

Cole and the tall kid from Danville should be amongst the best. Cole's numbers may be down with the loss of Deaton but he has good speed, hands and runs very good routes. I've not seen the Clay County kids but they had great numbers last year.

5'11" but out jumps everyone that goes up with him

170? goes over the middle and takes the tough hits

4.5-4.6? I've never saw a player gain on him, without having the angle on him.

Ask NCC about him, he was incredible in the semi-finals loss to Newport Catholic.

I think Austin Scheider from Cov Cath will be outstanding this year if the colonels can find a Quarterback to match him. He had great times at the ignition combine and is 6'2" and has really great speed.

I have seen John Cole of Somerset play. He is dynamic. He will not be contained and has great hands. After he catches the ball is when he really shines. No arm tackling John. He will flat burn ya:flame: Heres hoping that John has a stand-out year:thumb:

IMO Macon of Danville will be in the NFL one day. I also think that Scotty Brown from Gallatin is a very good player.

Will Simmons....5-10, 165, Sr.....Saint Xavier. Will finished 2nd in the 55-yard dash in the Mason-Dixon games this year. His speed will pose a major problem for opposing defenses in 2007. :ylsuper:

Will he even be back in school to play? He does have fantastic ability.

Why? It's not like they'll throw him the ball or anything. :sssh:

Expect a lot of offensive and defensive surprises from the Tigers this season. :D

I have no idea if he will or not. I would assume that he would since this happened last fall. Someone does have to provide this kid eductional services.

Deron Hicks, Gabe Jones, Chris Hogan- Franklin County.
