Although for years he believed it was better to "give" than "recieve" ... Jay "Sparky" Draper of HHS should put up some big numbers for the Birds.

So could Drew Simons...IF they give him enough time on the "O" side of the ball!

Top Reciever

D.L. Moore out of BGHS. 6'6 with god speed and jumping ability. Already has offers from WKU, Cincinnati, and Purdue as well as a couple others on the way.

Top TE

Ryan Wallace out of BGHS. 6'6 with great hands and is a dominant blocker. Has offers from Oklahoma State, Miami of Ohio, Ole Miss, Cincinnati, Purdue, WKU and numerous others getting in line.

Good Lord that's going to be a pain in the butt to cover!

Worth mentioning

John Cole of Somerset. What a player! Just makes things happen.

I'll say EJ Dettmer from Dixie is going to be one of the top wr's ! Great speed , hands and he'll take the big hit to get the ball !:thumb: Big plus , He will be playing with the same QB for 3 yr's now ! Bricking and he has a nice arm . I'll also say Gibson from SK should be a good one too ! But I'm not sure about the QB from SK ?

Gibson and Ponzer are both quality Wr's from SK. Final stats, remember Gibson didn't really start playing until the 2nd or 3rd game.

5 Gibson, Thomas 9 games 30 catches 472 yds 15.7/rec 4 Tds

19 Ponzer, Nathan 10 games 22 catches 480 yds 21.8/rec 10 Tds

Final Stats from John Coles Junior Year:

Games: 14

Receptions: 86

Rec. Yards: 1891

Rec. TD's: 28

YPC (Yards Per Catch): 21.99

Those numbers are unreal, will Somerset be able to replace Deaton with a quality passer for '07?

Danville could have 2- juniors Leonard Macon and Derrik Henderson

I'll take the Dutton twins over anyone in '07. Oh, they go to Louisville Trinity.

They are pretty good. I forgot about those two.

Doesn't Woodford County have a WR that is supposed to be really good?

shawne lewis. forgot about him too. beastly

What about the tall, athletic kid from Woodford County? Did he graduate?

How about the kid from Danville Macon. Since we are covering the other two schools in the county, Ronnie Claibourne at PC is as good as anyone.

Shawne Lewis #7 is returning. He had 1,500 all purpose yards. Should have more this year due to some graduation. Might even see him at some other positions on the field. #81 Jamaal Pickens signed with Kentucky State.

Nathan is a lot of fun to watch. When he catches the ball there isn't a whole lot of people that can catch him. As far as tommy goes he is also a play maker and very exciting to watch. they will both play a huge part this year for SK. I heard a rumor that tommy might be sharing the QB role with pat bustle. But you know rumors:sssh:
