Best announcer comment was "Louisville looks like the 96 Kentucky Wildcats":thumb:

Louisville looked great today, but they have 5 big wins to go before they look like the 96 Wildcats. I'll be cheering for the Cards to get there though. :thumb:

Heard an announcer on WHAS say something to the effect that "they don't press in the PAC-10"; and that Stanford was having an awful time against Louisville's press (this was just after halftime).

Any truth to that - is the league a half-court league?

^ They mostly are. Louisville was fortunate enough to have an open minded crew (which I would be if I were an official). The Pac-10 plays a much less physical style of basketball, and sometimes teams can get burned by staffs that call ticky tack fouls. These refs let the kids bang a little, and that was much more in Louisville's favor. This is as good as Louisville has looked since the second half -vs- West Virginia two years ago.

I love when Sosa gets interviewed, he was born here in America, yet has a rather think latin accent...

U.L. looked VERY good today, I had them winning this one on my brackets and then losing to A&M this weekend. If the Cards play like they did today it could spell some major trouble for my bracket sheet.

About what I expected from the Cards. Stanford turned it over a ton all season and all UL had to do was knock down some shots early and the route was on. Texas A&M is a different animal...

Very impressive outing. I thought UL looked sick in the first half and Stanford was visibly bothered by UL's style of play.

Congratulations and keep the W's coming.

Someone told me that Louisville was up 41-12,at work today, that remind me of the good ole days when the Wildcats was doing that back in the day.

Great job Cards, keep it up Go CARDS

Louisville played very well today. If they continue playing this way, the Cards will be a tough out in the tourney.

It always a good day when the cards win. :D

With A&M not looking to impressive today,Cards playing an almost home game sunday, UL playing good and with alot of confidence they have a great shot to advance to the sweet 16.

I have them losing to A&M on my bracket...hope im wrong! :thumb:

Sorry but i'm not impressed, sure its a 20 point win but its against a team that shouldn't even be in the tournament. Syracuse would have been a much better game.

UofL did play very well today, hopefully there will be something left for Sat.

The thing that I liked most about this game...We completely dominated, and Terrance Williams didn't score a point...

That's a great word.... domination and Cardinals. I really like the combination. :ylsuper:
