I would be shocked if the kid from Hazard isn’t QB1. 

The new video scoreboard is in. I'm looking forward to seeing it turned on.

Is the whole scoreboard new? The bottom portion looks old school.

The support columns are from the old scoreboard. I imagine was cheaper to use that than build all new. 

The board set up is very similar to what Trinity installed a few years ago. The lower portion is a separate, and new, scoreboard “strip”. This allows the time clock, score, down and distance, etc to be displayed separate and apart from the video board. This is a benefit for a couple of reasons. 1. For F and JV games, if so desired, the scoreboard strip can operate for the game even if the video board is not used. 2.  When the video board is being used, valuable screen space is not committed for “scoreboard” purposes. This way the video board can use the entire space for graphics, videos, live action, replays, etc while the scoreboard functions operate separately on the “strip”.

Some new uniforms for the tigers. Seem to have gotten rid of all text and all stripes from the previous set, and changed the number font on the greens. Curious to see what the new whites look like. It appears their whole lineup is now Nike FUSE, where before I believe it was just the yellows.

Those uniforms are fine, they look slightly plain to me. With that said, I always enjoy the multiple color combinations X rolls with each year.

On a side note, is the whole "knee pad enforcement thing" a dead issue? I realize this is not an in game picture but it also appears pretty much no one is going to be covering their knees with knee pads. Has the rule changed?

The jersey themselves do appear to much tighter, which is good because the previous sets of green and gold looked too big. I do wish there was a bit more design to them but overall look solid.

It always seems like knee pads are enforced strictly the first few weeks and then officials have other rule items to worry about.
