The article is odd. The source of the information isn’t clear. It says Parker Landis should be a play maker at wide receiver but he didn’t catch a single pass in Georgia last year according to MaxPreps. Several returning juniors and seniors played significant minutes and contributed last year are back but aren’t mentioned. Just seems a little odd.

Correction Landis caught 15 passes in Georgia in 8 games or 18 yards a game

On a side note, is the whole "knee pad enforcement thing" a dead issue? I realize this is not an in game picture but it also appears pretty much no one is going to be covering their knees with knee pads. Has the rule changed?

Have not heard/read anything that would suggest this is a "dead issue." Knee pads are required equipment and are "to cover the knees."

I hate to dwell on this stuff but either the Tigers are giving out new pants or this is going to be an issue.

Yes, the play clock's are installed in the back of the endzones.
