Unpopular opinion...If Trimble plays, St. X by a couple of scores.

Votes are currently 36-10 in favor of X.  Seems like a very popular opinion.

I think Jhett has done a great job, one thing he does better than Murphy is he can run the ball.

  • Then come playoff time, I think you should skip all of them !!

Murphy is back. He was cleared for the Ballard game.

Give me Saint X 24 to 14. Different Boyle team this year. Wild cards Quisenberry and Brown are not in the arsenal. Defense is good and the offense is starting to flow but X to much even at Title Town.

That is a first ballot hall of fame name, even more so since he’s a QB. Sounds like a first name out of Texas.

X 27-7.

Boyle is good, but they aren't Elder or Trinity good. If Trimble plays, X wins by two scores, if Trimble doesn't play it will be a game that comes down to the 4th quarter, but the X defense will be able to slow down Boyle's offense enough for the offense to score with good field position.

Hate that I am going to miss this game!  I'm scheduled to run my 2nd. leg of 6.5 miles around 7:15ish in Bourbon Chase Trail Relay.  A1D20557-45A0-4104-86D1-9B7A25DD5BBC.thumb.jpeg.2b9b7f81a728b7ffad56b1e455b7657e.jpeg

Dang, man!  Where are your priorities???

About the same percentages in the poll as the Boyle / Highlands game.  72.58% favor X as 73.33% favored Highlands.  Hope the trend continues.

This week in the past has always been Boyle's off week and committed before finding out that wasn't the case this year.   @Paul Dean just for the record Boyle hasn't lost a game that I haven't attended in over 15 years.

Looking at Avg margin of victory and applying that to strength of schedule from HSratings.com it favors St. X by 21. Subtract 3 from home field is 17 and if no Trimble at QB I'll subtract another 7, so I'll go with St. X by 10.

I will say this, the last time I saw so many people pick Boyle opponent it was last year against St Edward’s. That game came out in Boyles favor and not just by a score. I think a motivated Boyle team will squeak one out.

Well, then.  You may go now.  ?
