Of course the sad truth is that transferring as much as we see players do today basically wrecks their chance of really earning a degree.  Some it is fine, especially if they were graduate transfer, but guys who are competing for 4-5 schools before their eligibility runs out aren't going to earn a degree from anywhere, which is sad, because the credits will not always transfer with them.

Mostly off topic here but there should be an on-line college credit "super store" that combines all your college credit and figures it out for you with minimal need for additional classes.

Had a VaTech alumnus who has been a long time supporter tell me Michael Vick is being mentioned. The comment was "he's coaching at some little old place (Norfolk State), but I don't know about that one" lol.

They do.  There are lots of players who have extended their eligiblity and played at 3 or 4 or 5 places and haven't earned a degree through it all.

I thought this as well.   I thought he'd finish the season and then they'd agree to part ways.

Was in the car yesterday and caught the tail end of a conversation that Mo Egger and Tony Pike were having on Mo's show.   Apparently Fickel is not well liked in the state of Wisconsin.  Didn't get if it was because he's just not likable or if it's because he's not winning.

He's not winning. If they were winning he'd be named Cheese Curd Festival King. Some of the comments about different coaches on Facebook are unbelievable.

25 million dollar buyout. Urban Meyer says the Badgers don't have the money to do that.

Wisconsin should be open, as should North Carolina. Bill Belichick is not the answer in Chapel Hill. I hear there is a locker room rift between players who were recruited by the former coaching regime and the transfer portal players Bill brought in.
