It's truly sad that these coaches leave during the season! Ole Miss should be Playoff bound and Lane leaves. Talk about team morale shooting down.

I agree, but with the current schedule I don't see a way around it. 

Teams without a coach are going to try to fill the position as soon as possible with the best coach that they can hire.

Looks like Brent Pry recently fired as Virginia Tech Head Coach, is being hired as their Defensive Coordinator by new Coach James Franklin. He was Franklin's DC at Penn State before getting the Tech head coaching job.
