    Sounded like a close one throughout according to the update thread.

    It looks like the difference in the game was kicking. Holy Cross made two extra points and a field goal. They made  one two point conversion. Bracken County was unable to convert any extra points.

    Bracken County had 5 turnovers.  They had 24 points on 4 touchdowns.  They missed two PATs, one was blocked, and a failed 2-point conversion.  QB and Safety Greg Benedict got hurt at the start of the 3rd and didn’t come back in.  Daulton Tarter got hurt in the 3rd as well and didn’t come back in.  Bracken County was up 18-17, but tried an onside kick that was retuned for a TD.

    I don't think Holy Cross is going to have a problem climbing the 1A rankings. Going to be a fun year for them. They deserve it too.
