I've been super high on Highlands for a while now. I thought they would pop Newport last year. I think they will have the best chance competing with Cov Cath for the title this year but I just think Cov is really ready to size their moment. I think it would have been tough matchups but I would have taken Highlands this upcoming year even with Starks and Turner. Newports about to be a mess now. I would say they underachieved last year so this year I think Snapp is really about to get exposed. TK covered up a mess at Newport since he was basically in the 8th grade. Guys like Turner and Starks don't come around often and they covered up alot also for the last 2-3 years or so. Newport really had something special at a point in time. I wish that they could have made the most out of it but when TK got hurt in that 9th region championship that was really the end of it all.

I never said it didn't but your kidding yourself if the program wasn't thinking Sweet 16 state title not just All "A" state title. My school won the All "A" and it was an exciting time, but any school would gladly swap one for the other.

No debate there, but I also wouldn't dismiss the All A Championship, which would be a normal championship in 49 other states.

That’s a tough call as Listerman and Vinson from Highlands are uber talented……are they better than Bradshaw, Stava, and the new CCH Kid, Myrick I think?  Because McGillis and Harney are the 2 best players on that floor…..maybe any floor….

Boldin for Highlands is someone to look out for. He’s the best ball handler on that team in my opinion.

That's tough. Top 2 for sure, and when you pair those top 2 with CCH's next 2 it may give CCH the top 4. McGillis and Harney definitely make the people around them better and take alot of pressure off the rest of the team. Bradshaw fits in perfectly with them and Myrick I could only assume will slide right in and benefit from the dynamic duo as well. I hope to see big things out of Bradshaw this year because he has got better year after year.
