    Is that enough evidence?

You can keep your apologies. The damage was done the minute you created the post. Maybe next time, before you throw allegations on here about an administration, football team, and coach willingly breaching a binding legal document, get your facts together and consider what you’re posting. Had I not tracked down the evidence to disprove your statement, you would have let everyone go on thinking your statements were true. And news flash pal, your “friend” was told a lie.

can't believe the "my source told me stuff"  ...someone put the contract online ....and dude is still pushing this?...

With that said ....even if Pikeville did cancel next years game ... instead of canceling really late (like a lot of schools do) Pikeville would basically be giving Ironton 8 to 12 months to pick up an opponent.

Yeah ..."oh the humanity ..."

For what it's worth, in terms of "damage being done," I don't have any dog in the fight to begin with, but I didn't take anything LCRW has posted as being done in a fashion to try to cause damage. He posed the thread title as a question being asked in addition to hinging things on "if this is true" in the very first post of the thread. And I mean, frankly, he said the Ironton AD is his friend. Usually when I have my friends tell me things, I take them at their word. So he was here questioning what his friend said...that doesn't sound like he was trying to just outright cast any stones. And also, what's wrong with offering an apology for asking a question that led to an understanding? That seems like a pretty upstanding way for someone to go about handling themselves if you ask me.

And in terms of "still pushing this," he said he's going to show the contract pictures that @Mountain Football 606 posted to his friend and that he's waiting for the guy's reply. He didn't say, "I think you're making all of this up." Rather than "pushing this," is it possible that he's trying to figure out why his friend said something to him that appears to not be true. He even went so far as to tell 606 that he appreciates his answers. I think there's a lot of snark being assumed here on LCRW's behalf when the guy honestly came here looking for an answer to something that he thought sounded odd.

Thanks, CWB, I appreciate your kind words and understanding. It’s ok if they don’t want to accept my apology. I understand my post ruffled some feathers, and upset the fine folks in Pikeville. That certainly wasn’t my attention. I was just seeking the truth. I know usually when two parties disagree the truth is usually somewhere in the middle, but it appears in this case the truth was solely on Pikeville’s side. I do want to clear one thing up though. The Ironton AD is not my friend, but my friend got his information directly from the Ironton AD. He responded to my text this morning and is going to show the AD what I sent him and see what he has to say now. Again, my apologies to the Pikeville football team and their fans. I know they have a great program, just as Ironton does.

I’m waiting for LRCW’s proof and response.

You got your response and an apology and a call out to his friend. Post the whole document so nothing is missing from the sheet of paper.

Now for the future if these two can work things out for next year if they both have open dates to fill then they need to sign a contest and run it back.

Guess I’m thinking it should be a rare situation when a Ky team goes out of state with RPI situation being so critical in later playoff rounds.  Win against out of state and you get dinged with a 0.500 value and that can be disastrous resulting a very long road trip.

Okay, I'll say it. I think it's kind of suspicious that you went to the trouble to edit out and the post only portions of the contract page and then you seem reluctant to post the entire page. If you've got the savvy to edit the picture to only show the info you did, then you could easily edit in a quick change to the image so it says "1" in the blank for contract duration instead of "2".

Anyone else find that kinda curious, or just me?

Probably doesn't want to make financials or other information public.

I agree VoR and I am pleased that @Mountain Football 606 stepped up to counter the narrative.

For context:

The funny thing is that everyone in Kentucky who pays attention should know how tough it has been for Pikeville to schedule since RPI came into effect. Puzzling why anyone would wouldn't immediately see through this to begin with. As soon as this dude started talking about "sources" it should have been obvious where this was heading.

Pikeville has played anyone who would put them on the schedule for a while now. Anyone anytime ... they have played. The first time a person comes on here and drops an allegation against Pikeville that is 180 degrees from the way they normally handle things and so many of you are willing to take the bait ... hook ... line ... and sinker.

Crazy thinking ... absolutely crazy.

Well it’s been over 24 hours since my friend sent the evidence back without a response.  My friend did reveal to me that it was actually the AD’s brother and not the AD that told him this information. The AD’s brother is also an assistant football coach for Ironton and the AD is Coach Pendleton. My friend also told me that he told Assistant Coach Pendleton that this information was going to be going up on BGP, and he didn’t seem to care and that’s why he was convinced it was 100% true. Again, I apologize for the false information and questioning the Pikeville football program, and to anyone else this thread may have upset. That’s all I know to do. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

I'm in this boat too. Post the whole document.

If you can cut up the image to post the parts you want, you could easily redact any sensitive information.

I think we have reached an ending point.
