Reported about 30 minutes ago by Chris Low. Saban will go down as one of if not the greatest coach all-time in college football history. he won 7 National Titles 6 with Bama and 1 at LSU. Congrats and the best in retirement. Great call 10 days ago by our own @Jumper_Dad!

    When I read that the DC announced his retirement earlier today, I thought this was probably coming.

    Saban is the best football coach ever. Period.

    Maybe, maybe not.  But rest assured....after the Cats first bad series next season, the "Saban was seen looking at farm land in Lexington" chatter will start.
