I am not sure I am interested in Peacock unless it is a deal I can't refuse and I am certainly not interested for a regular season game not involving the Bengals.  With that said, I wasn't thrilled about the playoff game last year on Peacock.

When did they start having teams do two Thursday night games? I thought everyone only got one Thursday night game, and that every team had to have one. Yet this year there are many teams with two Thursday games, and about 6 teams that don't even have a Thursday night game. I don't remember it being like this before.

My thoughts exactly and I am thinking the NFL made the change this year.  My understanding in the past was like yours, everyone played once on Thursday night and the only "exceptions" for Thursday games were if you played on Turkey Day. 

Plus, we know the players are not fond of Thursday games because of the quick turn around.  I think it is the NFL trying to squeeze every last dollar out of their product with no regard for anything but the almighty dollar.  In other words, it is the NFL being the NFL.
