(Positing under my Dad's handle)

I played at X in the 90's (97 and 99 state champion teams), which is increasingly in the rearview mirror! However, I'm bringing my 10 year old daughter and 4 year old future Tiger son to Marshall Stadium tonight and am really excited to continue indoctrinating them in the great tradition of the rivalry.

As a long secret admirer of Marshall Stadium, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to experience an X/T game in St. Matthews where we now live. I know it'll be an awesome environment, and hoping for a great game.

I have seen some great high school atmospheres over the years at Manual Stadium and at Br. Thomas More Stadium for X vs. Manual and X vs. Male games, but I don't think any of those will be able to match the atmosphere tonight at Marshall Stadium. 

It could be one for the ages in regard to the environment.

Closer than the first game, but same outcome. Trinity moves on.

Zane Johnson had his coming out party against the Tigers. He's basically got a full season under his belt now. I think he plays well tonight.... unless the X-men can rattle him early. There needs to be heat coming from the Tigers. Guys like Neal and Jones need to play at a high level.

If Johnson plays composed for four quarters, I like the Rocks by 2-3 scores.
