Congrats to Highlands. One of the best freshman teams I have ever seen. Not surprised by the score. The Birds are that much better than everyone else this year.

This was an impressive win for the Baby Birds. Totally dismantled the Colonels tonight. The future looks bright for the Birds for Sure! Bluebird Nation Hopes Spencer will be OK.

Still a really good season for Cov Cath though. I think as long as you can get 2-3 studs and another 7-9 role players per class, that’s all you’re really looking for. 

Other good news is the soph class has a really dynamic skill group and the 8th grade team is the 1 seed in the big school Cincy Catholic league. This group will win a ton of games in the future. 

Congrats to the Bluebirds on the win! Who is the head coach of the freshman Birds squad!

Also, congrats to CovCath on a great season. So much incredible talent on both teams. They'll be fun to watch for years to come.

I saw the Frosh Birds were in the weight room this morning at 630am lifting, wow, what dedication!

Do Highlands and/or Cov Cath let their freshman dress varsity now that their season is over?

There have already been a handful of boys dressing Varsity for the Birds from this Freshman team. 
 

Gabe Williams the stud running back has even seen decent time, especially on punt/kick returns as the returner.

Other than Gabe I’m not aware of any Fr getting any action other than dressing.

All the Freshman have dressed up for the last 3 Varsity games. With the 80 man roster limit for the Playoffs, only a handful will Dress moving forward.
