I thought it was horrible.  I guess for me it just had no realistic qualities at any point.  A key point in the original was that Woody's character couldn't dunk, hence the title of the movie.  Not once that I can remember was that a storyline in the remake.  So why even give the remake the same title, when it has no relevance to the movie?  Also during the last game, Jack Harlow's character shoots a left handed jumper, came out of nowhere and made no sense.  Plus with the cheesiness of the flamethrower scene everything was just unbearable to me.

I enjoyed it.  I thought they did well.  Harlow was better than I thought and Sinqua Walls was in a tv show I watch so I was pleased with their performances.

I enjoyed this way more than I thought I would.  Definitely pulls on some emotions.

Really good. I liked it.

Mother. J-Lo action movie. Ho-hum, but I trend to gravitate towards her movies, so I worked my way through it.

Missing. I liked this one. Really creative how they shot this movie. Thriller flick with all scenes shot through the lens of a computer, social media app., etc.

Forgot about Mother.  I enjoyed that one also.  Really not into J-Lo movies but I did like this one.  
 

I’ll check out Missing soon.  Been wanting to see that one.  

I watched The Inspection last night.  I thought it was really solid and it was inspired by a true story so that always makes movies better to me.  From the Great Google Machine:

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 was really good.  

Watched "The Menu" with Fiennes, umm, wow, what a captivating, while odd, movie.  

I watched Superbad on Netflix the other night.  What rock was I living under back in 2007?  I don't believe I ever watched this when it first came out.  So many great actors in this film it was extremely funny and right up my alley with crazy humor.

My daughter has been in Halloween mode the last couple weeks, so we have been watching a lot of "scary" movies.   The past week we got through It, It Chapter 2, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Jeepers Creepers, Jeepers Creepers 2, and Poltergeist.

OK guys, grab some tissues....just got done watching another fantastic movie on Netflix.

St. Vincent (2014), starring Bill Murray, Melissa McCarthy, Naomi Watts

Fantastic film, Bill Murray was awesome!!!!  Once again no idea how this movie slipped thru the cracks 9 years ago for me to see when it came out.

Warning its a tear jerker, just like A Man Called Otto was......

Watch it, you won't be disappointed....

I rewatched The Deer Hunter (1978) about a month ago. First time I've watched it in years. Sheww...that's a tough one. I also rewatched Heat (1995) a couple of weeks ago after I had my hernia repair surgery and I was stuck (unsuccessfully) trying to sleep in the lazyboy in the living room for a week because I automatically roll over onto my stomach if I sleep in a bed. Heat is suchhhhhh a good movie, with top notch performances from essentially everyone in the cast.

Sat down and rewatched Dunkirk (2017) last night too. Really good movie. (Shocker...a Christopher Nolan movie that's really good. Right?)
