Harrison County - Custard.

I used to play with a couple of the Custards back in the mid seventies. Billy and Dennis. We would play during the summer on the hilltop in Cynthiana. They were a couple old country boys who had hands the size of country hams. Real good dudes.

Warren Central has won 2 state championships. Both times, players with “Whitney” as their last name have won MVP.

It might be old age setting in, but I can't think of a Hoskins from Pulaski County.

Dennis is a great guy. I taught with him for several years in Garrard County. He coached basketball, volleyball, track - a little bit of everything. Retired a few years ago but still lives around here. Wonderful man!

This one for sure. It seems like every year there are Alcorns playing for Lincoln County and almost all of them are really good.

Same. I tend to think of Hoskins as a 13th/14th Region name playing at places like Clay, Perry, Leslie, etc.
