Thoughts.

I will take Mayfield.

Murray has had some good teams over the years, but Mayfield has had better teams over the years.

This is one of those years.

Mayfield by 3 TDs maybe 4.

I’d say Mayfield wins this one pretty easily. Murray seems to have issues stopping people on defense, and I don’t see them being able to stop the Mayfield offense, let alone scoring enough points on the Mayfield defense to keep it close. 

Murray way down got beat by Caldwell.  Mayfield running clock.

Mayfeild should be able to handle Murray. I'm gonna go with the under dog though. Give me Murray by 3.

That will not happen this year.

Murray should be down their 2 biggest offensive weapons this friday.  When they no longer had them late in the game against Caldwell you could definitly tell the difference.  No way Murray wins this game.

Probably would have beaten Caldwell before their best player got ejected, then their workhorse gets injured.  Think it was still going to be a close game, but after those both happened, and caldwell took the lead I knew Murray had no shot of driving the field without them, and it showed.

Clocked in 2nd quarter or early 3rd

Murray's Xavier Biggers looks to be out this week due to the ejection.  He is their game breaker and shut down corner.  Fullback also looks to be out with a neck injury.  Since the start, Murray's weakness clearly was depth and injuries have not been kind to them this year.  Future is bright as 3 freshman start on defense and only 1 senior (maybe 2). As far as this Friday, the Cardinals will not let off the gas.  I say Mayfield by 3-4 TDs.
