Coach Thompson is a good Coach. Tilghman has had some other coaches before him in the last 12 years I would consider good coaches. It ain't been a lack of a good head coach that is the problem. Not hard to figure out what the problem is.

Taylor county has a real good chance of knocking them out of the first round. I know Tilghman turned it around last year, but this team can't complete passes. The graduation of Marshall, and Thomas is showing to be huge, because they basically returned everyone, but them. Also Tilghmans title game appearance with a young team fooled us into thinking they are fixin to be a force, but lets be honest 3a was extremely weak last year.

Yeah they are in trouble. Lets face it Tilghman is just not a very good football team.

Wow pleasantly suprised. Think I predicted Mayfield by 21. I thought a running clock was possible, but not likely. If someone would have quessed a running clock with 9 mins to go in 2nd quarter I would have laughed, and said no way. Reminds me alot of the Hoptown game. A Team that's supposed to give Mayfield a pretty good fight, and Mayfield thrashes them. It seems to me when they play someone that is a real threat they step it up about 9 knotches. that's partly why I said they have looked asleep. Cause the team I saw tonight, and against Hoptown firing on all cylinders is what they are capable of. If they play like this they will be a very tough out.

Ok I see now after looking at khsaa scoreboard. Christian self reported playing someone eniligible in the 1st game forfeiting their win to them. that's weird wonder what happened.

How is one of them forfeiting to the other when they played the 1st game of the year, and Christian won I don't understand. Unless you mean this week, but Caldwell plays Trigg.

I have to disagree. Most years Corbin, Lex Cath, and Johnson Central ain't on the same level as Bowling Green, South Warren, and Freddie D. Boyle county is, but it 5a most years you have about 3 or 4 teams to go through that are that level.

This could be a very good game. Hard to call it.

that's right Go Big Red. Not knocking them, just think the intensity hasn't always been there. Great start in the Murray game though. This should be a great game to finish the regular season off with heading into the playoffs. I believe they will be good, and locked in from here on out, no easy games from here on out. I think anyone that expects a running clock in this one is expecting too much, as Madisonville is no slouch. Its possible, and I'd love to see it, but not likely. Ill go Mayfield by 21. I'm excited about theses playoffs, usually you play a bad team in the 1st round when you are the 1 seed, but Todd is a solid squad. It will be a good thing for Mayfield in the long run playing all good teams from here on out, especially since some of their earlier opponents have been alittle down this year.

Enough to not give first downs by jumping offsides like I have seen repeatedly this year, or committ a meaningless hold behind the play to take a touchdown off the board. It will get them beat when they play a team with a pulse. You really think they will beat a team like Beechwood later in the year with over 100 yards in penalties, and a couple called back TDs?
