This is a huge get by XU. I have to say I am a little surprised XU was able to get Miller. Congrats.

Academic fraud, Impermissible benefits, Bribery, You name it, and it happened on Miller's watch during his time at Zona. 

This hire honestly doesn't surprise me. X has a win at all costs mentality when it comes to their hoops program. Really surprised some X fans are actually excited about this hire.

I have zero doubt XU's AD did his due diligence and he has experience from being on the NCAA infractions committee. If Pitino, Bill Self, et al can coach in the NCAA, then Miller can also. He sat out a year. Broering said he thinks a couple game suspension is the most he gets.

Great hire, X will take off next season with Miller.

Miller sitting out a year wasn't his own decision. You left that out. No program wanted him. He was caught red handed on wire tap by the FBI discussing $100k to DeAndre Ayton. 

Nassir Little ended up at UNC because it was found out that he was offered $150k to commit to Arizona. 

Arizona is currently waiting on a ruling on 5 level one NCAA violations that came about from Sean Miller's "lack of institutional control" and "failure to monitor" when it came to his basketball program. He knew about everything going on. 

X hired him because he's the best available coach right now. Plain and simple. They could care less about the other stuff and will take a "wait and see" approach with whatever comes his way. 

The guy is a known cheater and has been a slime ball since his first tenure at X. That's a fact.

And Pitino is coaching in NCAA D1. I don't think he has been suspended. He sat out a year. Both paid a price for what they did. A number of others paid no price at all.
