I wish Votto had came up with 2 outs...he was born to be the last out of the season.

That was a interesting stat the Braves starting era for this year was 5.15 and we have not scored a run in 22 innings.

Anybody agree with me on Votto now?

This is all time embarrassing.

6 months until the Reds open at home against the Cards.

These games have to be the best back-to-back games the Braves have pitched all season.

Bell and the hitting coach needs to be replaced.  But no coach are changing these hitters and their approach.

LOL .. At least Votto got a couple of hits yesterday. What did the rest of those hackers do?  I think Suarez is the biggest disappointment this season.

Today is an all time low, just embarrassing.    You can keep this pitching but I am sorry you have to go get hitters, they do not have to be big salary guys.  Just people that can get hits.  I would fire people tomorrow to make a statement.  

I would agree, Moose and Suarez were awful this year, along with Senzel because he was hurt again or sick.  Our catchers were awful all year.  Our SS was a major issue as well.  Garcia is our answer then we are in for a long miserable next year.  You can not give outs to people and we simply did that all series with our 8/9 guys.  That spot came up a lot for us in this series and top of our line up.  Senzel was 2-4 yesterday but after that we were 0-6, so that means 8,9, 1 just awful.

A squeeze play IS a sacrifice bunt.   And you're going to try something, in a do or die situation,  that is not part of your offense and obviously not worked on? That's not a recipe for success.   They hadn't got a bunt down all season and you're going to send the runner and hope they do in a playoff game.

I wouldn’t even begin to try and pick out the biggest disappointment on this team at the plate, just absolutely pitiful!!  They didn’t even have to hit good, just DECENT and they win 40-45 games during the regular season and probably the World Series too, just very disappointing.

True,  but the two starting pitchers that the Reds faced had a combined ERA of 2.13.
