I would say Elliot from Beechwood should be one of the top qb's........

I'd concur with that. Did Dixie have an underclassman behind center this year?

By the end of the 2007 season, we may all be talking about Guidugli from Highlands being the region's top QB!!!!

Is he for sure starting qb next year???? I hope so, he gives us the best chance at a well rounded offense. With Conner and Cecil in the backfield.........lookout that could be an explosive offense....:ylsuper:

I think their qb is a junior.. I believe Bricking is his name. He should be a good one also.

Ryle's Kyle Beinke and Dixie Heights Joey Bricking will be very very good, both have had loads of experience since their sophmore year.

I think Bogle from Boone can put up some good numbers if he can get some receivers. He throws a nice ball, and he can definitely run. I think Thompson needs to utilize him a little more next year instead of relying heavily on Farris.

Jay Draper is still the most accurate passer in NKY ! (IMHO)

You may be right. I feel with a whole preseason at WR "Sparky" will sparkle for the Birds:thumb:

...end around pass...screen pass-pass...maybe even some "relief pitching"??? Does Dale have the play where the QB throws it, runs downfield and catches it, too??? Sparky would be a natural for that one!

I'd say junior-to-be Isler from CCH will be up there if he is healthy. He dressed varsity as a Frosh, and never took a snap on a talented freshman squad.

Is it too much to start the season with inexperience at QB AND inexperience on the line? HHS may have to rely on a running QB more than we needed to this year. Does this make the move of Cecil prohibitive? Can Dale "season" a backup throughout the season?

Add into that thought the fact that the district games start earlier next season than this year. Still wouldn't surprise me to see Dale go with Tony at the qb however. Nothing against Clay, who did more than an admirable job this season particularly when you consider he played no qb last year and split the qb job his frosh year, but Tony is more a prototype qb than Clay. Plus it really frees Clay to play both O and D next year.
