    It's based on 7 day average so I'm sure day with higher cases is dropping off each day and added a lower case day since it keeps dropping each day. As long as dropping the trend is good. At 25.00 and above for a county will show as red on state map.

    Just saw a video that said England is "ending" the pandemic on Thursday...meaning that all legal requirements will expire.  There may still be some recommendations, but nothing will be mandated.
