Apparantly it's not that big of a deal at work anymore. We used to get paid for 5 days if we even were exposed to someone who had the Rona, then if we tested positive for it we got paid until we tested negative. The company changed that policy effective today August 7th. Now if you contract the virus it's treated the same as if you have the flu, use sick time or come in a suck it up.

That's crazy your company held on to that policy for so long. Most in my industry did away with those a couple years ago. I would say yours was the exception, not the norm.
