I am not sure what the problem would be with Cal being at mid-court. If UK doesn't run any plays and he doesn't do any coaching, let him stand wherever and yell whatever he wants.
December 31, 20196 yr Cats definitely showed some grit and athleticism yesterday. Cal did the best thing he could do as a coach in just letting his kids play and just did his usual screaming and ranting. The technical foul he picked up late was in a crucial situation and definitely not needed. His players bailed him out once again. His screaming and yelling has turned a lot of players into very good and great players. Has turned guys that were not suppose to be one and done into lottery type picks. So I think it is safe to say he has done a lot more than just scream and rant. At the end of the day under Cal, UK has dominated UL no matter who the coach has been. Yet you still only found something to complain about with him. He has basically done everything possible that we could have asked him to do so far during his tenure except win a second National title. Which no other coach in UK history has been able to do besides Rupp. Cal has had more tournament wins, final fours, etc than anyone during his time at UK. He was even named coach of the decade for his accomplishments, not bad for a guy who only screams and rants.

I know you're being sarcastic but Cal does a fair amount of talking when he's up and I don't think he's praying the Rosary.

There have been several that no one expected to get drafted after one year, that have. I guess they just got lucky getting better while at UK...:lol2:

Devin Booker didn’t come to UK as one, SGA did not. Bledsoe didn’t got lottery but was 18th and wasn’t suppose to be a one and done. WCS didn’t come to UK as a lottery pick and developed into a top ten pick. Josh Harrelson was basically a waste and under Calipari he ended up becoming a draft pick and an NBA player for awhile. The average guy Cal here is like a Keldon Johnson, who was a late first rounder. The best representation of the UK brand is Herro, the UK platform/Cal was the best decision he could have made.

Most of the guys I mentioned didn’t have first round grades, and especially not to end up being one and done types. I know it is hard for people to admit, but Cal does a better job developing players than I think most want to admit.
January 2, 20206 yr We have great seats, 7 rows from floor. They are behind the parents of the players. We stood most of the game.. Rupp was rocking.A special game to go watch. Richards played his best game....... Love the energy Maxey brings. Hagans is our general. Fun game to watch.
