December 4, 20187 yr Author Does anyone think there is a chance he coaches again? Not a doubt in my mind....I know he's a blow-hard, but early in the season Clay Travis predicted that he would retire from OSU, sit out a season and then take over at USC. Now with them inexplicably staying with Helton after this season, it makes you wonder. I could also see the Browns and Packers trying to lure him to the NFL.
December 4, 20187 yr Fun fact...Urban Meyer got his first football coaching job from former Cov Cath head football coach Steve Rasso. He was an assistant coach for one year under Rasso at Cincinnati St. Xavier, alongside Cov Cath grad and longtime Cov Cath teacher/coach Rick Hornsby, who also was the head coach for the Ludlow Panthers.
December 4, 20187 yr No surprise here, excited to see what the future brings with Ryan Day but thankful for a great run under Urban. 7-0 vs. that team! Edited December 4, 20187 yr by John Anthony
December 4, 20187 yr He forgot to tell her... Surprises me you would take a jab at a guy with a health issue who wants to coach but it’s not worth this health anymore. Other people no, you yes.
December 4, 20187 yr Author How long does everyone think it'll be until he's back into coaching? 1 year? 3 years? 5?
December 4, 20187 yr Author The jokes just seem to write themselves with this one.... PFTCommenter @PFTCommenter 5m5 minutes ago Congrats to Urban Meyer for notfying his superiors of something
December 4, 20187 yr How long does everyone think it'll be until he's back into coaching? 1 year? 3 years? 5? The USC job will be interesting after next year as someone put earlier in this thread but my first thought was 3-4 years.
December 4, 20187 yr How long does everyone think it'll be until he's back into coaching? 1 year? 3 years? 5? He won't coach in 2019, but I'd expect him to be back soon after that. Three years max. If it's longer than that, he may not coach again.
December 4, 20187 yr Surprises me you would take a jab at a guy with a health issue who wants to coach but it’s not worth this health anymore. Other people no, you yes. Yawn...

December 4, 20187 yr How long does everyone think it'll be until he's back into coaching? 1 year? 3 years? 5? I'd go with a year off.
December 4, 20187 yr Author I'd go with a year off. That's where I'm at. And then just like when he left Florida, those health issues will suddenly disappear and he's roaming the sidelines again.
