90% chance you lose. Still really bad odds. I’m not rich enough that losing $5k wouldn’t hurt, so I wouldn’t take that chance.

Nah. I don't have $5k to blow like that.

No but I would by all 10 chances for $50,000 :idunno:

Pro gamblers would take that chance every day and twice on Sunday, just due to the payoff on the bet being 320,000 to 1.

I’m not well off, but I think I could try it once.

Man, that's a good question. I am thinking long and hard on it.

I think I'd roll the dice.

Now we're talkin'!

Yeah that’s a tough one. I could probably be talked into it, but if left to my own devices I don’t think I would pull the trigger.

I don't know anything about pro gamblers, but it surprises that a "pro" would take a bet he had a 90% chance of losing, regardless of the payout, although I'm sure much of the decision would depend on how big their bankroll is.

Watching poker for years, there are several times I've seen them not fold because they were getting a greater return on their money than the odds of them winning. It's an risk most are willing to take for a chance at a huge payoff.

If I lose I just hope my AC doesn't go out the next day.
