BGP QOTD: What is your gameday attire?

Featured Replies

You are attending a game in person, what are you wearing? For the sake of clarity let’s say it’s a perfect 75 degree day.

I’ve always been a jersey guy. Jersey, performance chino shorts, either boat shoes or Nike shoes, and a baseball hat.

Sunglasses, Team Shirt, Cargos, and My Adidas!

This is in the Breakroom, so what sport are we talking?

No shirt with #1 spray painted on it, cut off jeans, jesus sandals and a hard hat with drinks in the side of it. :D

UK basketball game: Jeans, a blue or white UK basketball t-shirt or hoodie/warm-up and New Balance shoes probably.

Bengals game: Khaki shorts if it's before mid October, if not then jeans. Orange Bengals T-Shirt and New Balance shoes with Oakley Sunglasses

Reds Game: Khaki Shorts or Jeans with maybe a Jersey or Red(s) T-Shirt and New Balance shoes with Oakley's if appropriate.

Every now and again I rock some Doc Martin boots but the above is usually my go to. I like to be comfortable and make it obvious what team I'm supporting via the color of my shirt. Never been much of a hat guy. I've heard girls in the past say they loved guys in baseball caps, that's cool, but I don't care for them much; maybe if I lose A LOT more hair.

Side note, every girl that loved guys hats were usually the last person I saw wearing mine before it was missing.

My Bengals jersey given to me by my grandkids. It has Paps on the back #1 and the seven grandkids names on the sleeves and a apeir of shorts with tennis shoes and a Bengals hat

Sunglasses, Team Shirt, Cargos, and My Adidas!

High School football... I'm wearing my singlet, head gear to cover-up my cauliflower ear (I'm tired of small children asking me what happened), knee pads, and thin-soled white tennis shoes with black stripes. I also carry around a plastic squeeze bottle of honey and a water bottle.

Say "Hey" if you see me. I'm the only one.

If it's 75, it'd probably be a team polo and golf shorts.

Usually a team shirt, cargo shorts, and hat.

On a side note is there anything better than shorts and a hoodie in the fall at a football game.

The only gamedays I've ever really attended with much regularity are Cov Cath and Cincinnati Reds games. If it's 75° out, I'm wearing shorts, gym shoes and a Cov Cath or Reds t-shirt respective to whichever game I'm headed to. I almost always wear a Reds ballcap to Reds games, regardless of the time of day the opening pitch is or how sunny it is out.

The handful of college games I've been to, I've done the same thing based on the team I'm supporting.

I don't own any jerseys for any teams.
