Randy Parker
Guy slid right under him. Didn’t even look close to me. The announcers can call it a “bang-bang” play all they want, but sliding underneath a leaping shooter is exactly the type of thing we should be trying to throw out of the game, not reward with an offensive foul call. Preach.
16thBBall Fan
Didn't catch but the last couple of minutes of each but if it was poor officiating it must have been really bad for Cincy to blow a 22 point lead in 11 minutes and Xavier to blow a 12 point lead in the last 10 minutes. Just saying
FREEAGENT
This will go down as the darkest day in Cincinnati college basketball history. Cincinnati blows a 22 point 2nd half lead and Xavier a 12 point 2nd half lead. Incredible!
hrcarrier
The mediocre ACC teams have looked outstanding so far. I know, definitely the kind of tournament it’s been.

afi100guy
I can’t explain how much this hurts. The JP charge was terrible but you have to find a way to win these. This stings more than any loss I know. Edited March 19, 2018 by True blue (and gold)
TheDeuce
The charge call on JP was as bad as you’ll see.

16thBBall Fan
Xavier was only 19-30 from the line and had 18 turnovers. While Fla. State was 19-22 from the line and only had 14 turnovers.
Voice of Reason
The charge call is and has been the bane of basketball. I despise it. Officials LOVE it. The charging calls in college really gets on my nerves. There were several charges called in the XU game (on both teams) and I don't think a single one was a charge. I am not a UC or XU fan and I don't blame officials for losses. But the officiating in both games was a big factor that contributed to the losses. Was it the only factor? Of course not. Both teams made a lot of bad plays as well and have to shoulder the blame themselves for losing.

MidwestUnited
Probably after the coaching moves down the stretch they may be going a different direction now. Alford would be a good choice for Louisville if they go that direction. Good recruiter, Indiana ties. It sounds like a winner for both, he's a proven coach too.
