The only thing I could see giving him pause is the uncertainty of what sanctions are coming. It will be a tough few years coming if they get hammered. Aside from that UL is a top 10 job no doubt.

True, maybe money talks in this case, im sure UofL can pay way more than Xavier. However I don't think UofL is a better job than Xavier. Xavier, a top Big East School. UofL and average ACC School that has to go through 2 powerhouses every year.

March 16, 20188 yr Would love to see Mack break the tradition of past coaches using X as a springboard to jobs with upper level programs. Not sure he could turn down that kind of salary difference.

You get the luxury of coaching at a program like Louisville with zero expectations for a while.
