I'm confused at your response to my statement can you elaborate?

People are unhappy, the supposed immortal football team is struggling, doesn’t seem to be any direction, and Fort Thomas is all up in arms calling for the coach’s head like he’s going around town murdering puppies.

 

Show me another town outside of a place like Texas where this kind of thing would happen that’s this bad.

From what I understand the prior administration at Highlands had zero formal process for hiring and firing athletic coaches. This can be a major problem when you have situations like you do now with the football program not winning state championships every year and boosters questioning the validity of whether or not BW should be the coach.

You might want to go back in BGP history to review what was being posted on here during the CCH coaching carousel years. That was when I first heard the term Park Hills Mafia. Was every bit as much angst as this situation.

I just heard a number this morning there are 1100 more kids enrolled in Fort Thomas schools then there were I think he said 4 years ago. And that's a pretty reliable source.

 

I don't see how they can possibly have increased 50% in 4 years.

Apartment buildings on Memorial Parkway have significantly increased the rolls in Fort Thomas as has the uptick in "rentals" of homes versus ownership.

That is correct and to be quite honest made complete sense given the facts/situation that existed at that time. It was unknown when that hire was made that BW was going to take over calling the offense and turning the defense over to someone else.

100% correct on that statement. I guess when you had it handed to you for so long, you have to jump on the chance to make waves when things are going well for who you root for.

Someone in this very thread said the Park Hills Mafia never existed, so sounds more like someone threw out a term of maybe a few people and then people ran wild with it.

 

Perhaps you could show me what was being said because CCH has had down years and I never remember lots of parents doing things like the equivalent of emailing the school board (or anyone in charge at CovCath) trying to get a coach fired, putting enough pressure on a coach that he needed to email the CCH community, hashtags like #MHFGA (#MCCHFGA), or anything like that.
