Louisville will play Miss. State in Jacksonville should be a good matchup I look for the Ville to pull this one out.

Could be a fun game but with Mullen gone you have to think it will hamper MSU a bit. I think Cards win easily in the end...unless Lamar decides not to play.

UofL by 2 TDs. No Mullen, No Fitzgerald. Plus I think UofL is just better anyways than Miss State when both are fully healthy.

Both of them feel like missed opportunities. Louisville was a fumble in the final moments of the Kentucky away from the Orange Bowl last season. Tihus year the defense fell asleep for huge stretches of the BC and Wake Forest games this season and that 8-4 couldn’ve turned into 9-3 or 10-2 with a little bit extra on that side of the ball. To say nothing of the spat of injuries in the middle of the season.

That’s peobably a once in a lifetime type deal at a school like Louisville. Outside of a national championship, I don’t see anything topping that for me.

This one is set up pretty good for UL. If Fitzgerald and Mullen were there this would have been a great game. Not now.

Wonder if Jackson will choose to not play? Protect his future draft position and big contract to follow!
