This sounds about right to me. If Fitzgerald were playing it would be a really good game. Think it'll end up close to a score, but that the final score will be closer than the game really is.

It bodes well for Louisville, but it would have made an interesting Bowl story line if Grantham was still at Mississippi state.

 

I think this will be a tough game, despite what Mississippi State has lost. Hopefully the Cards show out and Lamar goes out on top. He deserves it.

This one would've been a very good game. Now MSU is minus their Head Coach who is basically their Offensive coordinator calling plays, plus their Defensive coordinator along with other coaches that left with Mueller. MSU's QB / best player / athlete is out as well so I would wonder how much incentive that the team will have to play being minus their best player as well as head coach, coaches. UL has imo the best overall athlete in college fb at QB in L. Jackson. I believe that UL win this one fairly easily, by a couple of TD's at least.

Alexander will sit the game out and prepare for the NFL.

Don’t blame him at all. Missed half the season due to injury. No reason to risk anything in a game that doesn’t mean a ton.

Hearns apparently out as well. Didn't look closely enough to tell whether it was his decision or injury (or if he got shot again).
