Flaugher ranks No. 1 in Norse women's basketball history in free-throw percentage (.819) and No. 2 in assists (466). She also scored 791 career points and helped NKU win at least 20 games three times. As a pitcher on the slow-pitch softball team, Flaugher posted a 22-2 regular-season record as a sophomore.
