They need something else to fear for the failure to report extremist planning! They are willing to DIE for their cause. They don't fear for anyone or anything. What you propose will have 0 effect.

Could be one of the dumbest things that is in play now I have heard of. Maybe these were ok in the 1990's, but things have changed drastically. Get rid of them.

What does his mosque know. The same mosque associated with the 9/11 hijackers, btw. This isn’t some lone wolf as some want you to believe. Agreed, at this point they are all threats.
