Do you like attractions like that or no?

 

Two big thumbs up for me.

I love Halloween, but I've never enjoyed scary movies or any of those attractions you've mentioned. I just don't get the appeal. Two big thumbs down from me.

I went to the USS Nightmare last weekend for the first time in my entire life despite growing up in Bellevue. I do not get scared easily at those things so it was not frightening, but it was kind of cool. I may try to do more of those types of things. I can't imagine something like that ever actually scaring me, but definetly startled.

I don't mind them. They don't scare me, but I do enjoy the sets, props and themes that they put together. We used to do KI every year when we had passes, but they kept recycling sets only adding a new one or two and repeating most from the previous year.

I don't find them scary because I suck at escaping reality and believing it, so I don't waste my time or money.

Love this kind of stuff, although it's been a while since I've been. Got to work at a haunted house many years ago when I was young and had a blast. I love all the spookiness of this time of year, so...

 

Not a fan, never really got into it even as a youngster. I enjoyed scary movies, but to drop $$$ at a haunted house...no thank you.

 

Heard one of these "attractions" is like $40 + per person. Folks are making bank scarying the :poop: out of people.

A group of us went a couple years ago to one in Lexington after dinner. The guys had fun just watching the girls that were with us.

 

It's not something I would do every year, but we had a fun evening.

Have not been in 35 years. Would like to, but please see post in jigsaw thread.

I'm personally not a fan. The SO is a fan though so if she wants to go we go. I love scary movies though.
