Occurred during late night concert. Reports are that 20 are dead, over 100 injured. Lone gunman (it is believed) down.

I have co-workers who may be in Vegas right now for a conference this week. They may not be there yet. I am hoping today is their travel day.

 

It is reported the shooter shot down into the crowd from the 32nd floor of Mandalay Bay.

Shooter is down they are looking for a female companion for questioning.

Been watching the news about this tragic shooting. It certainly sounds like an automatic weapon being used. So senseless. My prayers for all of the victims and their family.

Scary...this was completely at random. The shooter was apparently a Las Vegas local citizen. He was shooting from a long way off too...

 

Thankfully have heard from one of my co-workers and they are not in Vegas yet.

Terrible, awful, horrible. So much evil in our world.

Now to hear from several friends who live in Vegas. One couple are my daughter in-law's best friend and her husband, one of my son's close friends.

Shooter identified as 64 year old Stephen Paddock

Now saying 50+ dead and 200+ injured.

Worst mass shooting in U.S. history.
