July 9, 20179 yr Just got back from a 50 mile boat ride on lake Norris. Brats and Metts for dinner. Spectacular day down here. I'm heading that way tomorrow. Just from my experience, it doesn't seem like 50 miles would cover the whole lake. But it's tough to have a bad day on Norris.
July 9, 20179 yr I spent the majority of my evening packing. Heading for 2 weeks of training in Greenville, KY tomorrow. Not the way I wanted to spend my Saturday but it had to be done.

Not even close to covering the whole lake. We left Springs Dock and went to Whitman hollow yesterday. Day before we went to Jimmies which was 50 miles each way. Ran up to twin coves early in the week but didn't have my GPS. Lots of lake to explore. We plan to hit every Marina this year. How long are you down for? I'll be back next weekend.

July 9, 20179 yr My wife and I went to the St. Pius (Edgewood) festival last night. Beautiful weather...large crowd...parking terrible. Saw lots of people that we knew even though that it is not our parish.
