July 23, 20179 yr Grabbed a fish sandwich at Burger Brothers following the races at Belterra Park. Traffic was bad going to the Aldean concert, so I headed to New Richmond and drove all of the way up to the Empress Chili on 52 where they still serve old fashioned ice cream sodas. Grabbed a large Cherry Ice Cream Soda and some french fried cauliflower, then rode down to the river, sat on the wall and watched the river activity for about a half hour before making the trek back to Alexandria.

July 24, 20179 yr Last night (Saturday) was wife, daughter and me at my parents' house in St. Augustine. Wife had made Portuguese seafood stew with shrimp, mussels, scallops and fish over pasta along with a Caprese salad and some crusty farmer's market bread. Lots of family reminiscing.
