If there are confidential agreements I suppose he can't do it, or at least not in a way that would satisfy those who believe he is guilty until proven innocent.

April 6, 20179 yr It occurs to me that costing most any company $13 million in hush money gets you fired. At Fox News, it apparently gets you a raise. Not just Fox News Papa. You pull in the ratings that O'Reilly does, you have a LOT of rope...not saying I agree with it but that is just reality... And $13mm in hush money over a few years is nothing compared to the ad money he brings in...

Anyone in the world found guilty of this would be fired. In all reality a female working at FOX news could easily get a nice check by telling a story with a shred of truth. I won't argue that Trump was a pig based on some of the verified comments which I believe all of us would find unacceptable. However, Mike Pence may be the only one who has it right. No private meetings with females. Call it whatever one wants, I managed only a small business with several hundred people, and I was not making millions, but I had to be very careful and avoided one-on-one meetings with female employees. Fact is, they could say anything, and I would be assumed guilty first with an uphill battle to prove innocence...but forever tainted. I don't know what O'Reilly did or didn't do, but I agree with Trump, I wouldn't settle if I didn't do anything. FOX regularly blasts CNN and has pushed Trump's war on all media not FOX or Breibart. FOX has acknowledged that the culture in their newsroom was hostile. I doubt they did that without proof.

I am wondering if a female boss touched my arm to quiet me in an interview if I would get traction in a sexual harassment lawsuit.
