Agree that Fleek is a nice player but not sure he gets many meaningful minutes next season at CCH. Ahead of him will be Walter, AJ Mayer, M. Mayer , Davin, Thelen... not to mention CJ as possible 3. Scary that in his senior season he may not even start with Thelen, Davin, M.Mayer ahead of him. It is a shame as he has all-region talent level but not sure he gets a chance to fully display it. Great kid as well.

Fleek is my new favorite player on his name alone.

Love the name also lol, and off the subject, there is a Medal of Honor winner from Boone County named Fleek. He threw himself on a grenade in a foxhole in the Vietnam War to save his fellow soldiers. I work with his niece and who knows, this young man may be related to the hero himself. Something to be proud of. Ok, back to Basketball.

Yeah, playing time will continue to be a struggle for some kids at CCH.

 

Fleek and Michael Maher should see equal time off the bench as subs for AJ (if he plays depending on football offers). The Maher - Maile blood line at CCH may hurt Fleek.

 

Aiden Ruthsatz plays too much and the other point guards (Lenihan, Nowak, and Luke Thelen) should see more PT but coach likes to get his son minutes.

 

Thelen should only be used as a sub for Walter as they are both great 5's but can't move with the ball in CCH's up tempo offense.

 

Davin and Fredrick should own the minutes at the 2 and 3 spots with their uncle Joe calling the shots. Deere, Fleek, and Michael Maher may also sub there.

 

For the coaches, these are good problems to have ...
