Here's where I am on him....Hell of a football coach, but I really don't understand all the "great guy", "does things the right way", etc. superlatives thrown his way.

 

IMO, He's no different than all the other elite coaches, ego and all.

If the last play doesn't work and they have the ball with 1 second left...Does Dabo kick it or run one more play for the win...obviously we will never know, but kudos to him for winning the NC.

People can hate on Dabo all they want, but he has built Clemson into what they are...You have to give him props. As UK fans we shouldn't be so harsh on talkative coaches.

Here's the issue....The 49ers have the #2 pick and need a QB too. Which dumpster fire is in worse shape? You can't just refuse to play for any of the crappy teams. :lol2:

Interesting looking at the stats. Per minute, Alabama averaged a shade more per minute than Clemson, and Alabama averaged more per play. However, Alabama was not that efficient on offense. Their scoring came in big chunks on big plays. Clemson was generally more methodical in moving the ball. The Bama D held their own as long as they could, but they were gassed by the 4th quarter since they spent so much time on the field.

They play in San Jose but still, any weather beats OH lol.
