August 14, 20179 yr I am going to the new Mckenzie Grill in Crestview tomorrow. They took over where Max & Ermas was. Anyone been yet? I took the family there Saturday also. We liked the place overall. Some unique pizza and flatbread options and a decent craft beer selection.

I got a bison burger and fries. I tried a flatbread pizza someone ordered. Both were good. Nothing really blew me away, probably won't be back.
August 14, 20179 yr Cracker Barrel in Morehead KY for breakfast. Their hashbrown casserole gets better as i age. Mrs. C1 and i enjoy their biscuits and gravy! We enjoyed a less than $20 meal before tip.

August 20, 20179 yr Ford's Garage, a new chain out of Fort Myers, opened about a mile from my home. Great burgers. A bit pricey for burgers, though.

August 21, 20179 yr Mamma's BBQ Hurstbourne Road. Burnt ends for me. Brisket for my avatar. Half a smoked chicken for my better half. Two sides each. Bread pudding with ice cream and bourbon sauce split 3 ways. 48 bucks plus tip. We took plenty home. I'll back.

August 21, 20179 yr Author We had a buy 1 sandwich get 1 free coupon, also got one of the new sweet bbq bacon quarter pounder and split a large fry. Total cost about 7 bucks.
August 25, 20179 yr Author I ate a bacon cheese burger and fries Tuesday night(at a local grill), but have not ate at a chain or fast food restaurant since Sunday. That's a long time for me.
