I'm on my phone and don't know how to post a link from here but on ESPN.com it was reported that a radio announcer for Wake Forest who was a former player and assistant coach there was the one responsible for the game plan sheet found in PJCS after the game at Louisville. he had apparently been doing this since 2014.

That's incredible, we'll I'm guessing any sports related career plans he had are gone. Hope he got a useful degree while at Wake, because I don't see any school or broadcaster ever hiring him again.

We all agree this guy is scum, but how about all of the coaches over the years he passed info to? Aren't they pretty much crap also?

I would like to think no HC was aware of this and maybe it only went as high as maybe a coordinator.

If I'm coaching my team and I receive info like that, I'm pretty sure I'd let the other HC know about it. To not tell him would be pretty low. I wonder exactly how many teams got info?

So I guess he just "left" information out for the other team to find instead of actually giving it to someone? If that is the case, the other coaches may have thought "if WF is so stupid to let this stuff lay around, I don't feel guilty using it". Not saying I agree with it but let's face it, college football is a competitive business and I can see A LOT of coaches rationalizing that it is OK to use it...

According to the story it sounds like he was communicating with opponents to pass along info. At least that's what it sounds like when the investigation talks about text, email and phone records...seems like more than just leaving a few pages laying around.

He is 100% going to write a tell all book and drop names of coaches who took the info.

I wonder if any coaches got info more than just one year? If so, is that an integrity problem that should be addressed?

Is this any different than trying to fix a game?
